Water vapor fireplaces are primarily decorative and do not produce heat. Some brands integrate heating elements, but they consume a lot of energy and cannot replace a traditional heating system.

9. What is a Mist Maker and how do I replace it?
The Mist Maker, or ultrasonic transducer, generates the water vapor effect. In residential use, it should be replaced every 2500-3500 hours, or every two years at most. For commercial environments, more frequent replacement is necessary.
One of AFIRE’s many exclusive features is the ability to easily replace the Mist Makers without removing the device from its built-in installation. Simply remove the top plate to make the change. This advantage is especially valuable for devices of 1 meter or more, which are heavy and difficult to move.
