If you have specific models in mind, please mention them in the contact form. We will send you the detailed technical description, installation diagram with necessary measurements, and an estimate including delivery costs.
Payment Information
Payment is only accepted via bank transfer, with no additional fees. Please use the bank information provided on the estimate. To process your order, send us the following information:
- Your delivery address, including postal code (and billing address if different).
- A telephone number for delivery coordination.
- A copy of your payment confirmation.
Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards, checks, or other forms of payment. Once we receive the payment confirmation, we will proceed with shipping your package.
Shipping and Delivery
AFIRE is a manufacturer of water vapor and ethanol fireplaces, which allows us to manage production efficiently and maintain a wide inventory.
Products are shipped by major companies such as DHL and TNT-FEDEX.
Usually, inserts and fireplaces are delivered within 5 to 8 business days.
What guarantees does AFIRE offer on their products?
All AFIRE products are guaranteed for two years*. For maximum reliability, the devices are made with the best materials and are tested throughout the entire assembly process. When the product leaves the line, a final verification is performed by our Quality Control.
AFIRE packages its products in an EPS foam shell, a cardboard box, and a specially designed wooden case to ensure your device arrives in perfect condition.
However, if your product arrives damaged, AFIRE will replace the material after checking with the transporter. If an issue occurs during the guarantee period, despite the reliability of the devices, AFIRE will send you the defective part free of charge along with detailed instructions and a video on how to replace it. AFIRE devices are designed so that anyone, with no particular skills, can easily replace a part in just a few minutes.
* The guarantee is nominative and non-transferable. Wearing parts such as mist makers (ultrasonic transducers), LEDs, and remote controls are not covered by the guarantee.
